DELIVERY POLICY

FURNITURE & ANTIQUES DELIVERY

We offer a bespoke courier delivery service for all our furniture and antiques sales, or you can arrange to pick up at our Slaithwaite Store for free. We can deliver locally and nationwide, and use Royal Mail for some smaller items.

REFUNDS POLICY

 

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the piece if you wish to return it. In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied, then we are happy to offer a refund excluding the cost of delivery to and from your home.

PAYMENT METHOD INFORMATION

We accept payments over the phone using a credit/debit card, or can you can pay online via Paypal. We use PayPal as it's safer, faster and more secure - plus your financial details are never shared with us. Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal as you can use credit/debit cards for one-off payments.
